Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Director since April 1983. Mr. Long is the founder of the Company and has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President since the Company's inception in 1983. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Long served with the United States Navy in a technical position and was then employed by IBM in a technical position.
