The INX Federal Division is the Government Product and Services arm of INX. The Federal practice specializes in IP Communications and network infrastructure, delivering best-of-class pervasive services to its Federal, State and Local Government clients. The foundation of network technology expertise coupled with an experienced management team allows INX Federal to deliver services and solutions to some of the largest Federal clients in the CONUS and OCONUS space. The services generated are a result of a synergy between INX’s service delivery methodology, its professional services practice areas, its web-based systems and its talented Certified Federal engineering staff. The unique requirements of the Federal sector drive the need for Government clients to partner with a technology leader that can provide end-to-end turnkey solutions in the Federal space. INX specializes in the delivery of JITC PBX1 certified solutions for the DoD and is capable of life cycle turn-key VoIP and IP Video deployments along with order fulfillment.

INX also manufactures mobile IP Communications for various DoD Agencies and has a product line that includes Mobile VoIP and covert IP video surveillance equipment used by various Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies. The INX custom IP Telephony and Video offerings includes assessment, design, implementation, warranty, Help desk, and 24x7 support services. INX can provide a tightly integrated solution set for any Federal customer using commercial off the shelf (COTS) or custom engineered products and systems integration.

The Company provides its own branded support service offerings through its NetSurant business unit. NetSurant provides Federal, State and Local agencies with Day-2 User Help Desk Support, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Services and a solution for managing and monitoring complex IP communication systems without the large operational expense of a dedicated staff or the capital investment of an enterprise-class network management system. NetSurant provides remote infrastructure management services utilizing market-leading network management tools and a highly trained network operations staff. NetSurant can provide services for an organization's network and server infrastructure in the areas of Performance Management, Event/Fault Management, Configuration Management and Service Level Management. NetSurant is one of the key partners selected by Cisco for delivery of its back-end Day-2 CROS (Cisco Remote Operations) Help Desk Services.
